Right to Know and Data Deletion Requests

5. Shine the Light Law.
The California law known as the "Shine the Light" law permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once a year and are free of charge. We currently do not share any of your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
6. California Children's Privacy Right.
A user under the age of 18, or the parent of a user under the age of 18, residing in California, is entitled to request removal of content or information the user posted on our services. Submitting Requests.
You may submit a request to exercise your applicable rights by following the instructions described below. We will need to verify your identity before processing your request. The information that we ask you to provide to verify your identity will depend on your prior interactions with us and the sensitivity of the personal information at issue. For example, we may ask you to submit a notarized form verifying your identity, or we may use a third-party vendor to provide identity verification services. Please specify in your request the personal information about you that you would like to have deleted, which can be all of your personal information. Once we receive your request we will process the deletion of your data within five (5) business days and provide you with a written confirmation of the same.
